These workshops are great for all levels of experience — from raw beginner to the seasoned dancer. In each 2 hour workshop we will breakdown the base movements of Tribal Fusion Bellydance and connect the dots as to how they apply to therapeutic healing, clean technique in performance, and letting go emotionally within the container of solid alignment. We will isolate movements of different body parts, getting to know your body and how it likes to move and then layeering them together to explore full body integrative motions.
