Meditation can: reduce stress, anxiety, depression, addictive tendencies, and pain levels while simultaneously promoting the calming of mental and emotional states and improving focus.
Our one day meditation retreat will include:
— gentle breath and movement practices that help restore calm
— somatic (body-based) meditations tailored to release tensions in mind and body
— two-person contemplative exercises (dyading) designed to unknot the mind and resolve limiting beliefs, and reconnect the mind and body
