Join our executive chef Jenny Kang and her talented team for a celebration of locally grown fresh ingredients from our own backyard garden. The third Annual Harvest Dinner presents this season's best produce in our mouth-watering farm to table dishes served family style in an intimate ambiance.

With garden ingredients from zucchini, cabbage, and fennel to kohlrabi and pineapple sage, this year’s menu pairs locally grown produce with Jenny’s signature modern flare.

Canapes:
Beet tartare on honey butter potato chips
Chilled pea and mint soup shot
BVR KFC; Korean spicy Fried Cauliflower

Appetizers and salads:
Garden lettuce salad with honey lemon vin
Kohlrabi fennel apple salad with pecans, grana Padano, dried cranberries Waldorf salad
Watermelon and chilled shrimp, goat feta, pineapple sage, arugula, yuzu juice, balsamic glaze

Entrees:
Slow roasted beef striploin
Seafood cannelloni
Teriyaki chicken kebob
Roasted potatoes and vegetables
Ratatouille
Zucchini and kohlrabi savoy cabbage pan cake, tzatziki

Desserts buffet:
Carrot cake
Mini vanilla crème brulee
Assorted mini petit fours

$84 per person + GST
