Did you know dancing makes you smarter? Studies have shown that dancing reduces the risk of dementia, stress, and depression while increasing energy, flexibility, strength, and balance. It also increases our mental capacity by exercising our cognitive process – and besides, it’s just plain FUN!
All classes are taught by highly qualified instructors.

Adult hip hop (with Jason Galeos) Tuesday 8:00 — 9:00pm
Adult Jazz/Modern Fusion (with Kyla Hiebert) Thursday 8:00 — 9:15pm
Piloxing (with Andrea Dean) Monday 9:00 — 10:00am
Essentrics (with Andrea Dean) Wednesday 9:00 — 10:00am
Pilates (with Andrea Dean) Thursday 9:00 — 10:00am
