Tuesdays Jan 23 — Feb 20 [no class February 6th]
In this workshop series, we will:
• Explore a wide array of poses including arm balances, back bends, inversions and transitions.
• Workshop yoga-nerdy details
• Practice progressively sequenced classes to support more challenging poses
• Cultivate purposeful intentions for on & off the mat
• Support each other in this challenging and light-hearted practice
• Have a blast and laugh a lot
