An exploration in healing using acupuncture and breath. Enjoy the benefits of community medicine, with a focus on improving the health of your hips, neck and shoulders. We begin this workshop with a Forrest yoga sequence designed to compassionately unravel tension stored in these specific areas of the body: areas of the body that are associated with our passions, our burdens and our ability to communicate. Practice Forrest Yoga’ hip openers, standing poses and upper body postures that will safety strengthen and create space in the neck, pelvic and shoulder joints. Finish your practice with acupuncture in savasana designed to improve the health of these areas. This workshop will help you learn how to walk through 2018 with grace, passion and freedom.
