Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique of conscious relaxation that guides the body to sleep while the mind remains aware and awake. In this state of consciousness, which is associated with Alpha brainwaves, the body restores itself, and the mind becomes focused and creative.
This is a 6 week series that is open to everyone who wants to explore this ancient healing practice and its benefits.
