A unique yoga experience. The 9-step Living SoleYoga journey is a registered series based on the fundamental and profound beauty of the Tao. It takes you on a journey through the balance of the Tao, and cultivates a deeper connection to the true-self.
The Living SoleYoga series will use guided meditation, pranayama (breathing), and physical asana as we dig into the balance of the Tao. Each week we will explore a perfectly crafted affirmation, specific gemstone, and uniquely blended essential oil to enhance the yoga experience, and provide tools to keep you connected to your light. Join Lindsay, certified SoleYoga Champion, as she guides you on a yoga journey through the Tao.
