YYC Wellness Collective invites you to join us for «An Evening of Health and Wellness… and It's Ripple Effect.»
The evening introduces a holistic approach to personal wellness and emphasizes how all areas of your personal life are affected by each other, much like a ripple in the water. Whether it's finding meaningful work, committing to physical fitness, funding your financial goals or dedicating time to your mental wellbeing, personal wellness is essential in creating a balanced and successful life.
The night features talks by established coaches and advisors, who will supply you not only with effective resources and connections but will provide a picture of what might be possible.

Marie has been working in the Financial Services industry since 2000, helping individuals, families, and small business owners implement strategies to achieve their financial goals in the accumulation, growth, preservation, & transition of personal wealth. Through goals based planning, Marie encourages others to discover what they truly want and need out of their finances, and helps her clients make prioritized choices rather than sacrifices.
John Nugent — Success Coach
After 25 years in the oil and gas industry, John decided to shift his focus to living a successful life, which meant looking after his physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Now, John coaches individuals, groups, and organizations to help them to first identify and then to live their successful lives. Hoping to inspire a coaching mentality in business, John also teaches Coaching in the Workplace at Mount Royal University.

Describing herself as ‘an agent of change,’ Colleen is passionate about helping people achieve optimal health and fitness. She works with individuals, groups, and workplaces to navigate the confusing world of nutrition, fitness, and wellness. She has devoted her career to helping people find their wings… and sometimes their feet!
Joyce Sunada — Wellness Educator
Joyce is known for her commitment to inspire, empower and ignite individuals to live joyful and fulfilling lives. With over 30 years of experience as an educator, her passion is in creating and supporting healthy school communities. After ignoring her own wellness, Joyce was forced to take a medical leave from teaching, demonstrating the importance of her well-being and the “Ripple Effect” it had on her family and community. Joyce is adamant that “if you don’t take time for your wellness, you will be forced to take time for your illness.”
Martha Willson — Career Coach
Martha believes that ‘who we are is what we do.’ As a career coach, she recognizes the connection between meaningful work and personal wellbeing.
