A Movement, Mantra, and Meditation Practice
Grace comes from the greek word gras meaning graciousness or gratitude. When we approach the spirit of the practice with a kind of heart-filled devotion that is born out of grace, an internal shift occurs within us. This shift is one of the most profound because it not only opens us up, but it allows us to move through life with a deeper sense of trust that is influenced by something greater within. Join Caryn Kilback for an evening spent in community, devotion, ceremony, and prayer as her last class and offering before she leaves for the summer to be with her teacher in Bali. We will move together, sing and chant together, pray together, and be moved together.
