The human body is meant to move well and often. Most of the time we neglect the parts of our body that cause us PAIN and need full range of motion to optimize not only movement but health too. My goal is to help unlock and strengthen the areas of your body needed to access your full movement potential. Stick Mobility is simple, effective, and all you need is a stick (broomstick will work 😊).
My current students join me for 45 minutes as I take you through a full range of movements to open up all those stiff or hard to reach areas of your body — we will stretch, improve blood flow, release PAIN and pressure points, increase range of motion and give you the basics of how you can practice these moves at home to enhance your QUALITY OF LIFE 💪🏻
