Point Place is a five-piece Pop Punk/ Easycore band focused on catchy choruses, driving verses and heavy breaks. Founded in 2015 from elements of prominent Edmonton metal and hardcore bands; Point Place has been steadily making waves in their local music scene. The debut EP; «Standard Dude» features hard-hitting, fun songs to get you off your feet. The style Point Place brings to the table will definitely be a mainstay in modern Pop-punk.
Chase Your Words
Pop-punk heart-throbs Chase Your Words are here to serenade you with their infectious hooks and bouncy melodies. From their inception in 2013, Chase Your Words has built an impressive online following proving their sound appeals to a huge market.
With the help of their fans, Chase Your Words caught the attention of Sleeping With Sirens’ frontman Kellin Quinn and became the first band signed to his label, Pretty Rad Records. This partnership led the band to record their powerhouse EP “Here To Stay” with The Word Alive and Memphis May Fire producer Cameron Mizell and shoot a professionally produced video for the EP’s single, “Keep In Mind.”
-Bring On The Storm
The sweat soaked locker room of a recreational hockey arena might seem like an unlikely birthplace for a punk rock band but for Calgary's Bring on the Storm that's exactly where it all started.
Currently the band is working hard to finish writing their first full length record and hope to release it in 2018.
Edmonton, Alberta-based Loser Points formed in 2015, and released two records, Buncha Bangers and No Fly Zone before they even performed their first live show. While cult-favourite Buncha Bangers mostly flew below the media radar, the band started to get their first positive reviews on No Fly Zone, released only four months later. While they were fairly identified as a harder-edged chip off the skatepunk block.
