Join Melissa Adams and Chelsea Lees in a two hour class that unifies the energy of yoga movement with the healing properties of Reiki. In this grounding practice, you will experience transformative modalities that guide you in release and relaxation.

Reiki is an energy healing method that originated in Japan and involves the soft touch of a well trained practitioner. This integrative therapeutic technique allows one to gently release unwanted patterns while creating space for growth. The healing practice of Reiki works on a physical, emotional, and energetic level providing subtle yet profound lasting effects.
This class will guide you into poses perfect for receiving Reiki in an open and relaxed way. There will be space to set intentions, rebalance, centre and ground into yourself revealing a porthole into self discovery unlike any other.
