Join Marzena for a special 2 hour yin yoga class to balance your dynamic activities and energy level, help increase range of motion (ROM) and bring in some restoration — with yin yoga we create time to create space in the body and mind.

Yin yoga targets the deeper connective tissues (fascia, joints, tendons, ligaments) which can be ignored when we are doing summer activities like running, walking, hiking, cycling, golfing etc. OR the other spectrum of reduced mobility in body, due to prolonged sitting (like road trips, travel, desk job). Yin yoga can help release physical and mental tension and it can help increase ROM in the body. With this introspective, still and deep practice Yin Yoga offers us a chance to go deeper and restore ourselves to get back to what we like to do during this energetic (yang) summer time.
